Eligibility for the Program

You must me these qualifications: 

• New York State resident 
• Full-time OCC student (taking 12 credit hours or more)
• In good academic standing
• Historically underrepresented
  • African-American or Black
  • Hispanic/Latino
  • Native American
  • OR economically disadvantaged by NYS standards
• Major/career in a STEM field and/or a licensed profession (nursing, human services, business administration, computer science, etc.)
