Modern technology meets map creation

Break into STEM with a degree all about analyzing geographic data, using drones and other tech to survey land, and transfer these skills directly into a career after graduation. We're partners with the Geospatial Technology Center of Excellence educating our students based on true industry standards.

What You'll Learn

Pilot and operate drones with mapping technology and analyze data collected in the field.

We'll focus on developing your geography and map-making skills and teach you how to gather data with drones and critically evaluate it.

This program is a great STEM option for those that love technology and creativity but are not as strong in heavy math theory.

Where You'll Go

Immediately start your career as a G.I.S. technician, surveying or mapping technician, or UAV (drone) pilot.

Spend your days getting intimate knowledge of the landscape, translating that into a map of your creation, and using that info to inform environmental decisions.

Our local industry partners National Grid, C&S Companies, Ramboll, SRC, DroneSeed, and Northeast UAS Airspace Integration Research (NUAIR), are dedicated to providing mentorship, internships, and job opportunities.
